The price ranges listed below are based upon seasonal demand.
Rates include a full breakfast.

There is a 2-night minimum stay requirement on most weekends from
May 1st through mid October and on other high demand dates.

The entire inn is
non-smoking.

A courtesy phone is available to inn guests in our sitting room.

All rooms are
$149.00 plus tax

Two Double-Bedded Rooms : Guest rooms contain one full size bed.

Twin-Bedded Room : This room contains 2 twin beds.

Three Queen-Bedded Rooms : These rooms offer a queen size bed.

An 8% N.H. Rooms Tax and an 8% Service Charge will be added to your bill. The service charge covers gratuities for breakfast and housekeeping services.





All of our rooms contain private bath, air-conditioning
and individual heating controls.

Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A $25.00 service fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations. If the room is cancelled within 30 days of the reserved date, you will be charged the room rate for one nights'  lodging on all reserved rooms.

A credit card guarantee is required to confirm all reservations.
