The Colonial Farm Inn is a gracious, antique filled, full-service country inn located in New London, in the heart of the beautiful Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. A long-awaited dream, we have lovingly restored the Inn, offering a warm country elegance to our guests.

A fine example of Early American style, this circa 1836 center-chimney colonial offers six tastefully appointed bedrooms, each with private bath, air conditioning and individual heating controls. A Common room is also available to our guests who wish to watch cable TV, select a book to read from our library or shoot pool on our 100 year old beautifully restored solid oak pool table. Our dining rooms and lodging are handicapped accessible.

We invite you to come for a visit and experience for yourself the many unique qualities that make this a special place to visit. If your interest lies in discovering history, we can make the old seem real through the many programs at the Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warner, or the demonstrations of 18th century farm life in nearby Sutton. If you love the arts and music, we have summer theater at the New London Barn Playhouse, band concerts at Sunapee Harbor and the bandstand on New London's town common. We have art galleries, auctions, antiques and one of the countries oldest and well respected craft fairs held every summer at Mt. Sunapee State Park.
